Warranty and Returns

At  Sharp Light Innovations, we strive to provide our clients with excellent  products and service. Despite our attention to detail and quality  control, there may be a time when a product arrives with or develops an issue that causes it to not work properly. Rest assured that when this occurs, we will do our best to make sure the problem is remedied as quickly as  possible.

All products come with a 1-year warranty against  manufacturer defects. If a product fails during this period, please  contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no charge. If your product fails after this period or is damaged at any point in it's life, we can help you fix your product for  significantly less than it would cost to purchase a new one. 

(Warranty does not cover damage caused by Improper installation or misuse or cost of labor)

Refund Policy: In our experience, most issues can be solved with a repair or replacement of products. However, there are some instances where this is not possible. Returns are allowed as follows: 

Returns due to Irreversible damage or product failure or an ordered product is no longer available: Returns will be 100% of purchase price (no restocking fee). 

Returns due to customer change of mind (product is not damaged and fully functional): All Authorized returns for refunds for this reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Sharp light Innovations does not refund 3rd party labor costs associated with removal of returned items. 



All modifications and installations are at the customer's own risk.  Sharp Light Innovations LLC is not responsible for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket products. By installing any aftermarket product, the customer takes full  responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees to hold Sharp Light Innovations LLC harmless for any consequences or damages resulting from use and/or misuse of products or services.
