Warranty and Returns
At Sharp Light Innovations, we strive to provide our clients with excellent products and service. Despite our attention to detail and quality control, there may be a time when a product arrives with or develops an issue that causes it to not work properly. Rest assured that when this occurs, we will do our best to make sure the problem is remedied as quickly as possible.
Warranty: All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If a product fails during this period, please contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no charge. If your product fails after this period or is damaged at any point in it's life, we can often fix or arrange for replacement of certain pieces of a product for much less than it would cost to purchase a new one.
Cosmetic Defects - Products that arrive cosmetically defective are likely the result of damage in shipping. All warranty claims for cosmetically damaged parts must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. All original packing and shipping box must be retained for inspection by the shipping agent. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in request for warranty replacement on the basis of cosmetic damage being denied.
(Warranty does not cover damage caused by Improper installation, misuse and does not reimburse for cost of labor associated with installation or removal of a product for warranty purposes. )
Refund Policy: In our experience, most issues can be solved with a repair or replacement of products. However, there are some instances where this is not possible. Returns are allowed as follows:
Returns due to Irreversible damage or product failure or an ordered product is no longer available: Returns will be 100% of purchase price (no restocking fee).
Returns due to customer change of mind (product is not damaged and fully functional): All Authorized returns for refunds for this reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Sharp light Innovations does not reimburse shipping costs or 3rd party labor costs associated with removal of returned items.

By installing any aftermarket product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees to hold Sharp Light Innovations LLC harmless for any consequences or damages resulting from use and/or misuse of products or services.
